No buzzword drama or over the top guarantees.  What you see if what you get. After I hear your goals my first step is to take a look at how people are finding you and why they are finding by reviewing your web site analytics.  Why do I start like this?  Here is some food for thought.

Did you know that when Texas A&M University was built they didn’t lay down any sidewalks?  The reason is because engineers couldn’t come to an agreement on where to put them.  The solution they came up with was not to lay any sidewalks and instead let the students walk across campus for the first year.  After the first year engineers went back and laid the sidewalks where the students and worn paths in the grass.

Same thing goes for web marketing; by listening to our audience and following the footprints we are able to better service our customers and attract new ones.
